The following debit cards are accepted: Dankort / Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB. All prices include 25% Danish VAT, but excluding shipping. Payment is not withdrawn before the order is shipped.

MUUNDI offers a 30-day return policy. If you regret your purchase, you can send the order back, however, you pay the return postage or freight cost yourself. All items purchased at www.muundi.com can be returned upon presentation of an invoice. If the item is defective or there are errors in the delivery, MUUNDI pays the return postage by sending a return slip.

You have a 24-month warranty when you shop at www.metteduedahl.com, which means that you can get replaced, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation around the individual product.
It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by misuse of the product or other injurious behaviour.
In all other aspects the Danish Sale of Goods Act about lack rules apply to purchases.
Complaints about defects of the product must take place within two months after the defect is discovered, we will refund reasonable freight costs if the complaint is justified. The product must be sent to:

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from Denmark if the item is in stock.

MUUNDI always strives for fast delivery. Orders with a delivery address in Denmark are sent with PostNord. Furniture delivery and selected lamp deliveries in Denmark take place with freight forwarders to the curb. Orders with delivery address abroad are sent by freightforwarder, UPS or DHL.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation and a tracking number by email.

For delivery addresses outside the EU, the Danish VAT is deducted. MUUNDI is not responsible for payment of customs duties and VAT in the importing country.
